Wireless Wizard (Wizard Warranty) Terms and Conditions.

Wireless Wizard will reserve the right to repair or replace with like kind and quality at time of accident in the most economic manner possible. 
Unlimited claims. 
All repaired phones will have a limit of liability up to $500.
All replacement devices will have a limit of liability up to $500.

--Device Price Ranges--

All deductile device pice ranges will be aquired at time of sale by a sales agent.
 All deductile device pice ranges are determined by age, condition, and current retail inventory pricing at time of purchase.
Some devices will get their value from outside sourcing. 
Devices are not considered "NEW" when applying extended warranty.

--Water/All Damage--

All devices will first be attempted to be repaired. 
Wireless Wizard technician will determine from repair if phone is non repairable. 
All devices have up to a $500 limit of liability at current repair retail pricing.
 If phone cannot be repaired then Wireless Wizard will pay half of device worth determined by age, condition, and current retail inventory pricing at time of incident minus current deductible.
 If replacement device is needed and exceeds $500 retail, Wireless Wizard will honor paying half on device minus deductible and allow customer to pay the difference over $500 (limit of liability).

--Transfer--

Wizard Warranty is transferable with a $10 transfer fee. 
To trasnfer Wizard Warranty both current and new device owner will need to come to the store and make the transfer.
 Wizard Warranty can be transferred up to 8 months from original purchase date.

​

--Deductible--

All Deductibles are non refundable and are applied to each claim. 
Each claim will include the repairs normal warranty.

​

--Voiding Wizard Warranty--

Wizard Warranty is valued up to limit of liability at $500. 
Once the $500 has been met by either repair or device replacement will result in warranty void. 
Once device replacement is met then Wizard Warranty will be void and new warranty can be purchased.
 If current device has been tampered, lost, or stolen, the warranty can be void without refund. 
Any repairs done outside of Wireless Wizard is prohibited and will void Wizard Warranty.

--Refund--

All plans have a 30 day refund period minus having any claims made. 
If any claims made within the 30 days then Wizard Warranty can not be refunded.

​

--Replacement Phones / Parts--

All devices that have to be repaired or replaced will be done at a Wireless Wizard locations with available inventory.
 If inventory is not available at time then Wireless Wizard will order replacement device or part and loaner device will be given until repair is complete. 
All Parts / Devices will be replaced with at least equal quality and condition replacements.
